Continuing the AIA Housing Knowledge Community research webinar series, Stephen Schreiber, FAIA, will moderate. Focusing on the design and construction of a Passive House in northern Vermont. The first Certified Passive House in the U.S. for Habitat for Humanity, and the first to be built modular.
Speaker J.B. Clancy, AIA, will discuss the principles of Passive House design. He will walk through the construction of the Passive House. He will also review the monitored data on energy consumption, temperature and indoor air quality. Lastly they will review lessons learned and think about what is to come.
